Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linens can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. All requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and confirmation by the property. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. For non-compliance USD 250 violation fee is strictly enforced. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights, and USD 15 per day thereafter. An unauthorised pet will incur an additional charge of USD 100, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. Service animals are exempted. A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay.. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 68 kg or less. If linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet, towel) is damaged, we will charge a penalty of USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item. Unauthorised guests will be charged USD 50 per person per night. On-site parking is available for USD 25 per night. Front desk hours are 9:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on weekends(Sat & Sun); this property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
