The room stunk so bad that we had to open the window and turn the bathroom fan on and left for a few hours. Staff said it was the last room and said sorry for the inconvenience but did nothing to attempt to remedy situation.

We were given a free upgrade which was nice and unexpected. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Hot and several options available. Coffee was very good which gets bonus points from me!

The location was great.Only complaint about breakfast.I believe on Saturday and Sunday.Breakfast should be extended to eleven and the turkey sausage was not good.

I stayed at the same hotel in August of 2024.The room seemed like it had been updated.At that point, the bed was more comfortable and so was the comforter.The room we had this sray seemed older.The bed was not as comfortable and the comforter was not the same.

The receptionist when we walked in was incredibly polite and smiley. Very welcoming environment. We were happy to see extended pool hours and had a very easy check in process.
