"Poor Experience"

2.0

The room we were given was much smaller than what we booked online. I had reserved an Executive Suite with a double pullout of 395 SF. This room was much smaller with a twin pullout sofa bed and the sofabed couldn't even be opened due to another chair being in the way. and when we were given another room the toilet hadn't been flushed and was full of toilet paper and bodily waste.

Clean and big room with a fridge, microwave. The hotel has a swimmingpool/sports gym as well.

We could'nt change any cash money at the reception.

Outside of a room refrigerator that froze all my food and beverages, the room and facilities were spectacular! I would go back in a second, to a room with a better refrigerator.
