Breakfast was decent Room was clean Price was good we’re here to enjoy Fur Rondy and we were within walking distance of fun activities

Guest service no smile no greeting kind of service and when needed something she says that I have to the items from housekeeping in the morning

Although the hotel is busy, with FEMA refugees, some of them may drink, they are harmless, kind, and misplaced. The hotel staff do accommodate with friendly, professional, and prompt services. All expect one.. the older native lady, maybe it was a bad day for her 🤷🏼‍♀️ I do believe the security has a hard job and should be paid way more! Great kitchen breakfast staff, always hot coffee and cold water! Not the best put together rooms, but over clean and comfortable. Double thanks to the young tall african man, steven, and the friendly females. (I have a terrible memory and cant remeber names) But you all know who im talking about ❤️ Big thank you from my grandpa, my son, his dad, my mom and I.

The staff was great ,helpful and verry friendly. Always tried to accommodate any request.

Unfortunately I had mice in my room. My girlfriend was very freaked out about them. I found where they are entering and exiting the room. Im not sure how I feel about it at the moment. It put a major damper on our stay .I had to throw away all.of our food we brought because she would not eat amy of it because the fear of the mice...also the toilet was backed.up took me two days of plunging to get the blockage out.
