We have 2dogs $20 charge for both got our ,60$drposit back . Left the room clean to pictures just in case all n all great place to stay I would tell anyone to stay their

I was shocked when we pulled up to the property. It didn’t look anything like the pictures and is in a really shady part of town. Unfortunately, I prepaid for the room so we were stuck. It felt unsafe, was dirty, the tv didn’t work, the bathroom faucet dripped, the bedding was so old & uncomfortable. I could go on and on. They require a $60 deposit (a surprise fee) and kept it saying that we smoked cigarettes in the room - which we very much did NOT. They said maybe because the window was open and smoke got inside.

Nothing to like about the property or stay other than the front desk staff was decent. Not even close to being worth the cost PLUS a deposit that they’ll scam you to keep.

Section 8 families living there, they were loud. Not as loud as the Mexican Karaoke next door. City/County Code violations, not enough parking. Dangerous neighborhood. After I left, they levied an undisclosed Pet charge for our puppy.

Staff were very good and helpful - a big positive! I think the staff are one of the main positives about this place. We had a good quiet night sleep and then we had some very noisy customers above us making lots of noise during the middle of the night.

Found breakfast a disappointment. No choice apart from toast with jam or cereal with milk. No tea available (& we do not drink coffee). I would like to add that the layout of the room was odd- I do not understand why anyone would design a toilet/bathroom without a sink in the room (unhygienic) and then make guests open, close doors and turn off and on the lights without washing hands - as the sink was put outside the toilet in the main room ??? I would recommend a re-think of the design for any future works. I also think a small wardrobe space would be useful - or at least move the existing small hanging space to another location in the room as it doesn't make sense to have it in such close proximity to the coffeemaking machine and sink.
