Price was decent

About 1:00 Am someone was at my door trying to get in, which scared me so I went yo office and checked out. They did offer a new room close to office but I declined due to my safety

It was inexpensive. The front desk clerk when I checked in in the evening was pleasant. There was plenty of parking. The room was clean, has a microwave and the mini-fridge works. The motel is located across the street from a donut shop.

Although the desk clerk said the hot tub was heated, it was ice cold and smelled of feces. There is no visible control to turn on the heater or jets. The room smelled like it had been a smoking room that was converted to a non-smoking room as it had an almost overpowering citrus scent. The room door appeared to have been breached from the outside at one time as the locks were broken. Bathroom door did not close completely. The smoke detector was missing, probably from one of the prior guests that removed it so they could smoke in the room. Still not replaced. The advertised breakfast consisted of bread (4 slices available), a tub of margarine, a jar of jam, imitation Froot Loops and imitation chocolate cereal with milk. Coffee was available, but only 3 packages of coffee creamer were available. I asked the desk clerk if this was the whole breakfast and he said "yes." No eggs. No waffles. No breakfast meats. No fruit. Very disappointing and also dishonest of the motel to advertise that they have an included breakfast. Fortunately, there is a donut shop across the street... The entire exterior of the property smells of cigarette smoke.

The location

Room was dirty, sink was clogged.

We booked a no smoking room and when we got there at 3pm the only room they had for us was not a no smoking room. Very loud music played until 10:30 pm and loud talking and drinking in the parking area. The room had very few outlets to power our computers, e-readers, and electric toothbrushes. They were no bedside stands or lights. The only lights in the room was one on the ceiling in the bathroom and the bedroom. The arm chair looked like a cat used the arms as a scraching post, The stuffing was exposed and coming out.

Customer service was absolutely Terri me. My husband and I arrived around 11:30 pm, and the night time worker was very rude and acted like we were bothering him
