All property was dirty and very dangerous place insecurity we are very disappoint.

I dint like talking about anyplace like this but it was the worst 1st room no lights in bathroom or wash area. Phone not even connected. 2nd room attemp, one light worked in bathroom. Phone didnt work. Really looked like a drug flop house. Low lighting, run down entrance doors. No telling what was in or on the beds.

Terrible. The beds were disgusting. We asked for new sheets she wouldn’t give us any. Wouldn’t even provide extra towels after demanding because we didn’t get any in the first place she gave us 2.

No towels or toilet paper in the room. Weird chemical cleaning smell like chlorine. Looked like someone had blew their nose in the tub, dead bugs on the bed. In the morning absolutely horrible breakfast all they had was yogurt, room temp milk and oatmeal packets. This was at 7am. The pool was green.

The pool was in terrible condition with green water.

Smoke detector was missing. Wire sticking out. No hangers No iron No plastic cups, No ice bucket sticky floor. Homeless people on steps or rent to homeless. It was horrible

Most horrible experience ever was made to pay more on arrival then I was told I would have to pay then the elevator was broken after being assured it worked then get to room there was bugs in the room lights didn’t work tv didn’t work electrical plugs didn’t work there was no phone in room to call front desk or in case of emergency

Very run down! Ceiling light fixture gone, wires hanging. Bedside wall light hanging off the wall, doesn't work. Lighted mirror was so dim you could hardly see. Just very run down! Inside and out! Employees were excellent.

So dirty couldn’t even sleep on the bed. There were no blankets on the bed and it looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned. The outside out the room smelled like pee. There were women’s underwear all over the steps to get to the 3rd floor. Couldn’t be accommodated appropriately )in my 80’s with a walker), was sent to the 3rd floor with no elevator access. Horrible front desk customer service. Horrible experience overall.

No towels, 1 hand towel, hair in the shower, used soap, half used toilet paper rolls, dirty toilet
