The room looked nice

The beds were not comfortable, needed fresh towels and wash cloths, but couldn't get them when we needed them.

Quarto muito apertado e muito barulho dos quartos ao lados!

I left a backpack in my room, and I drove back to Tallahassee. The maid turned in the backpack, to my immense relief. I drove back to Tampa from Tallahassee the next day, roundtrip, to retrieve it. All as intact and I am extremely grateful to get my backpack (containing a laptop and important papers back). Left a tip for the maid. Very appreciative.

Smokers around the pool

Staff was very polite and helpful.

The room reeked of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There was a condom and hair brush, along with dirt and dust behind the nightstand and bed. The bed sheets had a small stain on them, and the a/c unit was extremely loud. It rattled like it was going to explode.

Está accesible y práctico

Que se escucha todo lo de la habitación de al lado y que la tina de bañar está manchada por el tiempo que tienen. El desayuno siempre fui el mismo todos los días y no hubo algo diferente, de proteína o frutas, el tiempo de reposición de los huevos y carnes muy demorado.

Las camas muy incómodas, nos cambiaron de cuarto porque el otro tenía un olor muy fuerte a hongo, en ningun cuarto funcionó la secadora o la plancha. Todo estaba muy sucio, el aire acondicionado expulsaba kilos de polvo y un olor a hongo fuertisimo. No pudimos hacer nada porque parece que todos los cuartos son iguales
