Ramada by Wyndham Temple Terrace/Tampa North

Breakfast was great, and Sonja made sure everything was out and was sweet. The other breakfast attendant on sunday was terrible though.

The room was disgusting and looked like someone painted over everything. The coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned. The floor was so nasty my feet were black just from walking on the carpet. Housekeeping never came, I had to strip the beds myself and take them to the front office to get clean sheets and blankets which the "clean" ones were stained. My main issue was even though I stayed when I should have left they charged me $75 after I left saying i had to give them a credit card even though I booked through a third party. When I called they said because there was a missing blanket that why I was charged. I told them " No way was there one missing and they can che k the cameras the only time the blanket was out of the room was when i brought them up to exchange them in office and they can check the camera". Adrien the front desk clerk then told me there was nothing he could do and i need to dispute it with my credit card company.

Gnats were in the room the room had electrical issues and a mildew smell also homeless people were constantly standing outside my door

The location was close to the office where I needed to be, and the location was peaceful and fairly quiet. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable!
