We didn’t have enough towels in the room, after we asked we were still short of towels. The tv controller was inconvenient to use as the back for the batteries were missing.

The pillows were completely deflated had to ask for new pillows they were the same as the ones on the bed Parking is ridiculous if you don't get back before midnight good luck finding a parking spot there to close together allowing door dings

lacked cleanliness in the room. Dust everywhere, dirty floors. Small details that make a difference. Location is not the best. The mini fridge, was dirty, the freezer part of it was full of ice...not been cleaned.
