USit was nice.
the pull out couch bed was very dirty. many stains on mattress. looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long long time. there was tape on the lights on the side of the beds. the toilet had stains on the seat.

Tv didn’t connect to wifi and only had one channel. Found roach in bathroom.

the shower door was broken. The TV did not work and we asked many times for service. The floor was tile and needed to be mopped. No coffee. We had to ask several times for towels after they came in the room and removed the ones we had used once. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were not and there was not a blanket on the bed. Just sheets and a very light bed cover.
USThe newly renovated rooms, tons of lighting and things seemed clean.
There was a tv in my room, however there was no remote to turn it on or control it. Furthermore, I called a few days before my reservation to ask about a possible room change and the lady who answered the phone had an attitude, did not bother checking at all, and hung up on me immediately.
