It was cheap and not super clean

The bath room was smelly The front office guy was excellent

It was definitely worse than the Motel 6. I stayed in last year same area.

We were finally after 3 other rooms received a room that didn't smell like smoke

To start with they have broken down vehicles looks so getto Garbage bags laying everywhere and flys We had to ask for a non smoking room and they kept giving us 3 times a room that smelled and no hand towels or wash clothes they finally offered us a room that had no carpet so smells were okay No shampoo or conditioner and towels were dirty I would never stay here again and I visit this area every year

Upon check in, there was great confusion over which rooms had been cleaned. The office was a disorganized mess. Our room was on the bottom floor in a highly trafficked area and the sliding glass window did not lock, thus giving me a sense of lack of safety, especially since there were some very shady looking people hanging around in the parking area, which was also filthy. My guess is that there is definitely some illegal business going on at this motel. The room was old, smelled very bad, and the bathroom was filthy, rendering it unusable. The bathroom sink handle was broken as well. We did not even bring anything into the room and decided to go to the casino and hang out until the early hours of the next morning. Upon returning, we just opted to check out and leave for home without even sleeping there. I would very much like a refund for our (non)stay and would highly suggest that Hotels.com eliminate this property from its inventory. It is that bad! I use Hotels.com often and have never written such a poor review nor stayed in such a horrible establishment. Unbelievable!

The staff was nice

Our sheets and bathtub were dirty with someone else’s hair… people were working on some sort of machinery outside until midnight that was very noisy. Car alarms all night long and just did not feel very safe.

This property is consolidating with the Budget Inn next door. Both hotels had check-in in the Rodeway lobby. Staff (owners?) seemed confused and new, but were SUPER nice and apologetic about the situation. The grounds were a disgrace, but the room was very clean. The pool looked lovely and there were kids having a ball in it. I would absolutely stay here again. Great deal for the price.

It was what I was looking for, Peaceful.
