Shower not hot,people up all hours of the night making noise, I believe construction people use it on weekly

there were ROACHES in the room!!!!!!!

The pictures online are totally misleading. The rooms are terrible bathrooms filthy, beds uncomfortable and raggedy.

I have now stayed at a motel that was a true #2 rating. We pulled up to the office and was greeted with a note on the office door saying to go to the hotel next door. There was a makeshift office. I was checked in fast and told where my room was. The room I had was on the other side of where I was told and I had troubles finding it will all our luggage in hand. I opened the door and the room reeked of smoke. When I booked the room, I booked a non-smoking room. We had to air out the room for an hour or so to get the smell out. In the bathroom, the cover to the fan was missing. A piece of the molding on the floor was tore off. One of the tables next to the bed was ripped off the wall. The rooms were cleanish, but in dire need of renovation. A true 2 on the rating chart. The price was right but I would not stay at this location again.

Rooms were double booked. Bed smelled like urine - had to get rebooked into another room.

The room was not clean, AC barely worked and was loud, too noisy, and found something under the bed which I can't describe.
