一軒家の２階をお借りして泊まるかたちで、１階には常にご主人がいらっしゃり、何か困ったことがあってもすぐにご対応いただけます。 私達が泊まったときは他のお客さんはいなかったのですが、そうではない時もあるようですので、貸し切り状態で借りたい方は事前に確認した方が良いのかな？と思いました。他の宿泊者さんと交流出来るのは楽しいので、今回は違いましたが、もし相部屋になっていても良かったなと思います。 ご主人はとても気さくな方で、いろいろ教えてくださり、安心して宿泊できました。いただいたイチゴも美味しかったです。 お部屋はキッチンまわりがやや気になりはしましたが十分清潔で、掘りごたつがあったのも嬉しい点でした。 家のすぐ後ろに川が流れていて自然を楽しめましたし、日光東照宮にとても近く、早起きしなくても東照宮が開く時間に間に合って良かったです。

予想していたより冷蔵庫が小さく(ホテルなどによくある小さな冷蔵庫)、チェックイン前にいろいろ購入した冷凍のお土産がたくさんあったので困りましたが、ご主人にお願いして１階の冷凍庫で預かっていただけたので助かりました。何か持ち込みなどで冷蔵庫を使う予定がある場合は入り切らない可能性があります。 バスタオルをご用意いただいていましたが脱衣場の外の廊下に置いてあり、そのことを忘れてお風呂に入ってしまいちょっと慌てたので、出来れば脱衣場に置いていただけると嬉しいです。 自然に囲まれているので部屋の中にカメムシがいたりして、虫が苦手な方は注意が必要です。

Nos ha encantado el alojamiento y el anfitrión ! Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. La recomendamos al 100%. Nuestra estancia era de una noche pero nos quedamos con ganas de habernos hospedado más días!

Tout ! Hôte absolument génial, très gentil, très serviable, très aidant, mais aussi très respectueux de l'espace personnel. On a eu quelques problèmes avec notre voiture de location et il nous a aidé en passant des coups de fil pour toutes les démarches !

Masayuki-san a été tellement accueillant et généreux avec nous, il était très simple et agréable de discuter avec lui. C’est une maison typique japonaise, le bain était prêt, il y avait même un kotatsu en cet hiver que nous étions ravis d’essayer

Masayuki est formidable et très accueillant. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir un jour.

We were the only guests at the guesthouse, so had the full top floor to ourselves. It's a traditional style guesthouse with a kotatsu table for dining and futons for bedding. There was also another bedroom with bunk beds and a separate kitchen. Masayuki was a delightful host and provided us with some fresh, local fruit. The location is about a 5 minute drive out of Nikko, and backs onto a forest which gives a great sense of seclusion, even though there are many houses nearby.
