Nice staff- great service - good location for the town centre , restaurants and pubs etc. Bus station very close by and small supermarket too. Bedroom was compact but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and plenty of nice fresh foods. Would stay again :-))

Rarely stay somewhere that felt such good value for money especially when the reception staff, location, bed quality, room standard and cleanliness were as good as this.

We are very angry and disappointed after our stay in this hotel. When we got in, we got placed in a room on the 3rd floor. All good until when a large group of adult male guests were placed in the rooms right next to us. We were SURROUNDED by them! They were partying with VERY loud music, singing, yelling and banging on things... They were also going around the floor, knocking on doors!!! After a few hours, we could not take it anymore and I got downstairs and complained. I was hoping for a new room which I got but I got the DISABLED room!!! This is unacceptable as of course the room has not the usual features of a normal room. The bathroom was totally flat (obviously, as it is for disabled people) and the water rolled everywhere! It had a really strong smell, which we presume comes from the fact it does not get used very often. More than this, we found it very offensive that instead of getting a normal room we got clearly the room that does not get booked too much, that most likely nobody wants and that is the farthest away from the entrance! We believe this was done on purpose because we complained. I also believe this is discriminatory, disrespectful towards my mother and just plain very bad customer service. I feel I overpaid for this stay having been given a room that was not suitable for me and my mother's needs. We did not feel welcome at all, actually we feel violated of our rights, and incredibly humiliated!

This was a great, simple, clean hotel in the center of Toulouse with great walking access to the both Metro lines, the train station, and the airport shuttle. Breakfast was simple, but very good.

Small room, small bathroom, no kind staff, the air conditioner not working

Hotel central for everything. Shopping, sightseeing and excellent transport links to airport and train station 10 mins walk. Bars, cafes and restaurants all around hotel. Hotel is clean, staff friendly, and beds very comfy..Bathroom very small.
