ibis Toulouse Centre

We booked the car park for three days the second days in the afternoon when we comeback to the hotel they told me there is no space I was so cross with then ,and then they let me in.

Good location but real tiny room and bath.Breakfast buffet very good.Pleasant staff.

Not the best Ibis we've stayed in. Staff seemed a bit too casual to focus on delivering service. Nobody available at check out, we had to go get a waiter from the breakfast area. Bar was totally unattended both nights we stayed, with dirty glasses everwhere. Given bad directions to a local restaurant from front desk. Room was standard Ibis, but a bit dated. We've had much better stays at this chain. Noisy room with smokers below our window. The only positives, nearby public parking 12€/day and the great location in center of city. Walkable to all the sites and close to the great Victor Hugo market.

This was our second stay at this Ibis. We like it for its welcoming staff, well-maintained facilities, moderate cost and central location. A pleasant example of a budget hotel.

Just a little noisy, can hear everything between the walls, other than that was a very comfortable stay.

Hotel in a convenient area for centre and transport. Rooms are just small and claustrophobic even for the short time you’re in there. The bathroom was a joke fitted onto room as an afterthought with no room to move, cramped loo and shower cubical only big enough for somebody as thin as Olive Oil. Not impressed.

My second time here in this lovely city and great hotel. The rooms are small but very comfortable and the hotel puts on superb breakfast. Lovely staff. What can I say but I'll be back. Thank you to the hotel staff.
