There was no breakfast

I got a suite room because it had a pullout sofa bed. When we checked in found out the sofa bed was broke and couldn’t be used. Instead of moving us to other room they gave us blankets to make pallets on the floor for the kids

There was none. Not much. There was no 'Wow!' effect.

Facility was lacking in room cleanliness. Toilet had debris when we walked in. Lamp besides beds was broken. Had to screw in bulb correctly. still kept falling out. TV was blue and called for an exchange. It was done on the second day. No pool nor breakfast. Only coffee, pkg muffin and oatmeal packs. People left due to repeat fire alarms. Staff said they needed repair. Kids were frightened. People stood around outside alarmed. A man made us show ID to get a cart. Wouldn't return ID until cart returned. We quickly felt insulted. Toilet and sink repeatedly clogged over 2 days!!

The first room was disgusting and I have pictures. Housekeeping is very, very lazy. I had to ask for another room after being told housekeeping were gone for the day. The second room was okay but the door card mechanism was raggedy I had difficulty getting into my room. Internet is a rip off its Wifi is not strong at all and you have to pay for a stronger signal. I told Benjamin but he was NO HELP at all. Ruth was EXCELLENT. Manager questionable definitely does not care. If there was a way I could post all the pictures that I have I would but it's not giving me the option.

The staff was amazing and Marita the manager was very accommodating and sweet. My room was clean and spotless. I felt good there.

Don't stay there front desk managers are lier's and trying to extort excessive fees ,I booked a handicapped room when I checked in I was told none was available not good service

Started smelling dog ! Somewhere couldn’t get the smell out had too relocate into another room

The cleaning ladies where so nice a the from desk services really tried .

After relocating into another room . It was more detailed then the last but more crazier . Children a thumbing all night! Screaming all night from morning to night when I arrived . Dog barking on floor 2 so much I knew the dog name was CHANCE . I was barked chased by a dog coming from my room tot he elevator I packed a relocated my things asap couldn’t take no more .

I would like a refund the mattress are horrible and could not sleep laps are broken and leaning and no light bulb There is no real breakfast just a muffin at the desk
