Ontbijt was prima

Zelden zo’n slechte ervaring gehad. Kamer was vies, overal lag stof waardoor onze kleding helemaal wit werd. De minibar werkte niet, er zaten gaten in de gordijnen en er lag zelfs poep op een handdoek… echt onacceptabel. Voor bijna €500 voor 2 nachten verwacht je op z’n minst een schone en nette kamer. Bij de receptie gaven ze zelf aan zich hiervoor te schamen. Uiteindelijk kregen we €44 terug als “goedmakertje”, maar dat maakt deze ervaring echt niet goed. Normaal laat ik nooit slechte reviews achter, maar dit was zonder twijfel de slechtste hotelervaring die ik ooit heb gehad. Nu is jullie reactie dat ik het eerder had moeten melden zodat er nog iets aan gedaan kon worden. Dat heb ik letterlijk na de eerste dag al gedaan. Na de eerste nacht is een Aziatische jongeman van de receptie zelfs op de kamer komen kijken. Hij gaf toen zelf aan dat er op dat moment niets mogelijk was, omdat het zaterdag was en er geen personeel meer aanwezig was. Bij het uitchecken op zondag waren de klachten ook al bekend, want deze stonden al genoteerd in jullie systeem. De reactie die nu geplaatst wordt klopt dus simpelweg niet met wat er daadwerkelijk gebeurd is. Een standaardreactie plaatsen op google maps, met dat als ik het eerder had gemeld ze actie hadden kunnen ondernemen terwijl de problemen al vanaf dag één bekend waren, komt eerlijk gezegd nogal ongeloofwaardig over. Het stond bij uitchecken allemaal al in hun PC en hebben er helemaal niks aan gedaan… jammer

Kahvaltı iyi lezzetli, çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyor. Konforlu ve ferah odalar. Oda ile ilgili Rahatsızlığımızdan dolayı odamızı hemen değiştirdiler.

İlk bize verirln oda ısınmıyoru ve bulundupu katta tuvalet kokusu vardı.
