Die Lage war gut

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber. Die Badezimmertür war kaputt und hat Späne verloren. Die Jalousien zwischen Zimmer und Badezimmer waren kaputt.

die lage ist top! die dame bei check out war super freundlich.

der check in sehr unfreundlich und unpersönlich! wir standen am schalter links. die junge frau kam aus dem büro, ging ohne uns zu estimieren an einen anderen schalter und wartete, dass wir uns bewegen ! keine frage ob wir eine gute anreise hatten etc… mir wurde sofort die rechnung übergeben und dadurch wurde meine kreditkarte nicht hinterlegt (ich wurde auch nicht gefragt)! als meine frau (ohne geld) einen aperol bezahlen wollte ging das natürlich nicht… vieles ist in die jahre gekommen! der saunabereich wird sehr stiefmütterlich behandelt: der komplette raum incl. ruheraum etc. ist total überhitzt (ca. 45 grad)! weder der eisbrunnen, noch das dampfbad waren in betrieb… wir waren sicher schon 10 x in diesem hotel, aber so war es noch nie! das mag daran liegen, dass accor nichts mehr investiert, weil zum 31.12.26 der vertag ausläuft!

"Exceptional"

Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Am Besten hat uns gefallen, dass wir zu Fuss wirklich durch die komplette Altstadt laufen konnten. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist einfach traumhaft gewesen. Das Frühstück top, auch wenn ich über die Bezeichnung Schokocroissant am Buffet schmunzeln musste, da es doch eher ein Pain au chocolat gewesen ist 😉. Aber fand ich charmant. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Am Kassenautotmat in Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel ist KEINE Kartenzahlung möglich. Etwas unkonfortabel, wenn man gerade nicht soviel Bargeld dabei hat.

Mobiliar deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Badezimmer im Duschbereich vergammelt, Fenster schlecht isoliert - Strassenlärm wurde so gut wie gar nicht gedämpft

Location war sehr gut

Parkplatz steht kostenlos ich hab bezahlt. Zimmer sind für dieses preis sehr ungepflegt und staubig .lüftung unter kühlschrank alle mit staub und k0hlschrank hat unahngeneime geruch gehabt
