Das Hotelpersonal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir bei jedem unserer bisherigen Aufenthalte kostenlose Getränkegutscheine erhalten haben.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - reichhaltig, gute Auswahl (Gläschen Sekt am WE wäre i-Tüpfelchen gewesen 😉) und tolles Showcooking. Sehr gut gelegen - citynah, unweit Rheinterrassen, Rhein im Blick ( wenn 9./10. Etage). Verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden, direkte Bahnverbindung zu Arena/Messe (10 min z.B. mit U78)
