Einchecken war sehr, sehr freundlich. Frühstück trotz großer Frequentierung entspannt, Auswahl war sehr gut. Viele Gäste wegen Konzert in der Arena, trotzdem war ruhiger Schlaf gut möglich.

Sauberkeit im Bad hätte besser sein können, die Toilette war nicht ordentlich geputzt, der Geruch war dementsprechend.

Saubere Zimmer, die Betten breit und wirklich sehr komfortabel

Fast 400 Betten und 140 Parkplätze. Die Empfehlung, wo man parken kann: "Im Hilton oder auf eigene Gefahr in der Spielstraße nebenan". (Im Hilton gabs Parkplätze). Bei Veranstaltungen in der Arena ist das Hotel mit der Anzahl der Gäste spätestens beim Frühstück deutlich überfordert. Bei dem aufgerufenen Preis ist das nicht akzeptabel - besonders wenn gleichzeitig Restaurantbereiche bewusst gesperrt werden
