"Tired worn out hotel."

They are renovating the lobby of this hotel, but the entire property needs renovation. This is a TIRED, worn out property, and as much as I hate to say it, the worst Hyatt property I have ever experienced. The refrigerator didn't work; the TV did not show a Guide and they could not remedy this. Wallpaper is old and peeling. Carpet is worn; paint peeling from ceiling in shower. On and on and on I could go. General feeling of dirty and old. Look elsewhere.

Good location

Staff was not present at check in. Waited over 20 minutes in lobby. Offered no accommodations for the wait. Was under construction. Had no hot breakfast. Everything in hotel was destroyed and stuff everywhere.

It was under renovation. Everything was disorganized and we did not stay there. We felt like we had walked into a big mess. We did get a refund.

Everyone was very kind and the room was functional. Unfortunately, the hotel was under construction, and none of the regular manatees are functioning. Swimming pool is closed, which was devastating for my young children. The breakfast was replaced with bagged muffins. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. We requested that our room be cleaned when we left for the morning and no one had entered when we got back that night. Room itself is nice. I imagine when the hotel is not in disarray, things probably go well. But it’s definitely not worth spending your Hyatt points on right now.
