The availability & friendliness of staff, the ease of locating everything needed… Excellent location , accessible to multiple transportation providers, great staff sharing info regarding tourist sites, travel times,etc

I didn’t know that most of this hotel is walk-in showers in rooms; instead of bathtub/ shower combined 🥲🤔 My customary hotel features only these bath combos,,,, When I discussed this with the desk clerk, I learned that I would have had to specifically arrange this ahead of time…😨🫨 Since I used a 3rd party booking service, I may have saved a little money… but it came at a cost to my comfort…. At least the swimming pool was nice., outside and probably not heated, but it was a good thing… AND , the breakfast was a bit better than the usual hotel breakfast due to the presence of plenty of fresh fruit, and fruit compotes…. This hotel is a bit pricey, but it was the best available for the location that I require.🥸😎🤫🎼🌹

Location

Facility looks nothing like the pictures in booking.com it’s pictures of another location not that one. It’s needs cleaning updates and the carpet smells. Check your sheets and sofa bed found a bug.
