"Nice, clean, and quiet hotel!"

Location was great with mall and lots to do in the area. The breakfast was great. Had many options to choose from so there was something everyone liked and food tasted great. Nice,clean, and quiet hotel. I would stay again.

Bathroom floor looked dirty but otherwise everything was great

Full breakfast in morning included with room

Got there at 3, rooms wasn't ready. Came back two hours later got room, grandson went to shower had water leak called front desk said they move to another room. Packed everything up to be informed no more rooms available so had to wait on maintenance to fix. This morning got woken up by a housekeeping coming into my room 2 hours prior to checkout without knocking, was in a dead sleep and scared me to death. No swimming pool.

Staff, accommodations, breakfast, and cleanliness were top-notch!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The mattress could be replaced (a small divot on one side of the mattress).

Had a great experience at this Home 2 Suites at Keystone Crossing. Hotel was very welcoming and in great condition, and the location was perfect. From restaurants and shops, all were in a very close distance to the hotel. Downtown was a bit of a drive because of road construction and closed freeways. But not more than 30 minutes. Jada at the front desk was so helpful and extremely friendly and professional. I really appreciated everything she assisted me with. Nova at checkout was also super friendly. You definitely will notice how the employees are truly caring and want to make sure you have a great stay. I would highly recommend. By the way, the bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious and updated.
