The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. A very good location.

The location in the Old Town, very close to public transport options, and with great views of the river and Presqu’île really appealed to us.

There was nothing to dislike!

The location is excellent - on the river in Lyon old town. Very handy. Lovely reception area with very helpful staff. Our room had great views over the river and was very comfortable - apart from the bathroom

The shower in our bathroom was not good. Only a shower curtain up and the position of the shower unit meant it was almost impossible not to flood the bathroom. We had communication with the hotel in advance as we were trying to book a triple room. We were told not available so we booked a double room and single room. When we arrived - the double room was in fact a triple ! So we had a extra unnecessary expense

Friendly staff, great decor, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast well-catered. Fantastic location and views to the river.
