Good location

I was taller than the shower head making it very difficult to shower and I couldn’t stand up properly in the shower, there was stains on the blanket, there was also bed bugs and I received several bites. The rooms on the 4th floor are also extremely small with no room. Twice staff members just walked into the room without knocking just unlocked the door and walked in without seeing if the room was occupied.
