Convenient location, good breakfast, helpful reception, easy to get to on public transport with a bus stop out the front, or can walk to the main station. Good bathroom facilities. Boutique style and feel.

The room was quite hot so we needed to open the window at night. The coffees were often hot. Ask for an ‘extra hot’.

Pretty location, very friendly staff, clean, elevator (not obvious in Lyon)

Single room was obviously a servant's bedroom, and therefore the price was rather outrageous. Uncomfortable shower with no own light.

The hotel has some very nice furnished areas, like the lobby and entry area and also the wintergarden

the quality of our room was not what we expected. The room was very big with a few nice details, but it was very dark and the bathroom was not well renovated. The staff was ok, but should be more friendly and also more proactive for such a price and rating. And no Minibar at all.....

La situation géographique très centrée. Le personnel souriant.

Chambre mal isolée avec une fenêtre donnant sur cour de laquelle une odeur peu agréable se dégageait.
