Delta King Hotel

Loved it ! It was a wonderful experience!!!

The location was excellent, the valet service was excellent. We were able to store medication in the lobby fridge as no room fridge.

The lift didn’t go up to our floor. The staff weren’t friendly at the bar.

The location on the water. Easy walk to Sutter Health Park. Easy walk to near by stores and restaurants.

Room was small and not too quiet. 2 off the outlets didn't work. The ones that did work, our phone chargers would just fall out of them. The toilets are scary when you flush them. Our burgers at the restaurant were ordered medium but were burnt.

The location is awesome and the hotel is very charming, staff are friendly, everything clean, good food in restaurant. Rooms have adequate space, storage and amenities.

There were no chairs to sit around the decks except outside the restaurant and bar. It would have been nice to have comfy chairs to sit outside on the riverside.

The idea of a river boat was awesome. Great presentation and the staff were superb

The noise that the seals make is extremely loud so that earplugs are provided and it’s all night. Something that you should be made aware of as the noise is so bad you will be up all night, ear plugs or not. Moving the seals by 100 metres by relocating the pontoons across the river would suffice.
