Delta King Hotel

Unique opportunity to live on a real ship. I was thrilled. Highly recommend as an experience.

Not a disadvantage, but something to keep in mind. This is a real old ship, it’s been renovated but some things may not feel as comfortable as your regular new hotel. And also, you can hear seals at all times.

location, bar/dining room

this should be a motel priced hotel. The rooms are old, small, and loud. They give you ear plugs by your bed for a reason. Also would have been nice for them to have better signage about the lobby ramp vs the dining ramp

Atmosphere

Great location in downtown Sacramento in the old town. The view from the hotel is picturesque. The bed was comfortable. Appreciated the valet parking.

The room and bathroom are both very small. It was tight even for two people. The harbor seals outside our room were barking quite a bit making sleeping rather difficult. The coffee machine didn't work.
