"Uncomfortable, profiled, not welcomed"

The pool looked really nice

When I cam on the property the front desk was having I guess an personal conversation and made it seem like I interrupted made me feel uncomfortable so when I realized the booking I did wasn’t what I wanted.. I knew I had to go back through the third party.. well they was giving me attitude didn’t even try to help me or book me through them.. went back to their conversation with the anyways to me and ask the other front desk what she was doing for the weekend I wanted to still stay but they made me feel so uncomfortable and like not welcomed I just chose to cancel the whole reservation and when asked for the gen manager number they basically just gave me front desk and said I had to call when she was there

This place looks really nice from the pictures online and even the outside. I mean for a single king room (NOT A SUITE) IT WAS 143$. when we got to our room the smell was awful. The heat sounded like a semi running all night, but that was better then all the noise you could hear inside and outside all night. The bathroom wall appear was pealing and looked like it had black mold, the door looked like it had been kicked in. It had screws and glue all over it. The mattress was worse then sleeping on the floor. I usually dont complain much. But for 143$ I definitely expected ALOT BETTER! your better off to go to redroof or days inn for 50$ a night. Same quality.

It was ok

The pool heater was off the room was frozen to where u couldn't swim and its the whole reason we come every month multiple times to enjoy the pool and couldn't use it! We was offered no discounts or a future stay so we will use a new hotel for the future
