"I was very appreciative of the kind staff"

I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name that checked us in. She was talk, dark brown hair and just the sweetest! We appreciate her kindness and willing to help us in such a sweet manor. Also, I conversed with the woman in the Bar/Lounge about their pizza menu. She was sweet as well. Also, we traveled from Ohio (2 hours 1 way) and when we got home I had discovered that I had left my medicine bag in our room. I called and it had been found by housekeeping and they held onto it until I was able to drive back down to retrieve it. This was wonderful to know there are still honest people. Thank You Kindly

The rooms are non smoking, however, the room seemed like it had a lingering odor of smoke, but it may not have been left by someone smoking cigarettes. ????? Went down for breakfast and there were NO tables available to sit out and there was no food left to even consider taking back up to our room to eat. We set in the open area by the fireplace for over 10 minutes in hopes someone would give up their table, but everyone seemed to just linger in the dining and didn't allow for others to enjoy breakfast.

"I would never stay at that hotel again and I would like to have all my money back. I paid $189 and was offered $70 back"

The staff was pleasant

The first room I entered Room 250. The closet had a pizza box with pizza in it. The bathroom was filthy. The whole floor had chips on it. Looks like nobody cleaned it what so ever. I was then moved to Room 262 it smelled very bad and it wasn’t the cleanest either. If I could have booked a room elsewhere in that moment I would have. Room 262 also had roaches and I did tell the lady at the front desk by this time it was midnight and my child was sleep so I couldn’t have moved to another room.

Pool and bar was great. Location was great

So outdated and dirty. Walls were filthy floors was dirty like they did vacuum. Bathroom shower was crusty
