Location was okay. Staff weren’t mean.

The shower had no hot water. Had to get a new room in the middle of the morning routine. Rooms had gross stuff on the walls.

The room was fairly clean. There was some mold and mildew in the bathroom which of course that was disgusting. The rest of the room was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. We did not check out the pool or the exercise area so I don’t know anything about that the front lobby was fine. The employees did a great job while we were there.

I did not like I had to use a card to put a deposit on the room for incidentals I ended up staying a total of five nights. The first night that I stayed, my deposit was taken out of my and I did not know this until after I left the motel and I kept watching for it to go back on my account and it didn’t once I realized that I tried for about a week to call the motel to speak to someone about it and I guess their phones from what they said were torn it and I didn’t get to talk to no one so there was two weeks without my money And then by the time that I didn’t get to talk to someone and they finally decided to refund my money it took me about 3 1/2 weeks total to be able to get the money that was due to me. Quite frankly, if I had a caught the mistake myself, it would’ve never been corrected. I would’ve just lost my money.
