The bed had a metal base. Every time u moved it cluncked. The shower curtain didn't stay closed. The tv didn't work went to the front desk for help and he was no help.The radio did not work either The elevator broke. Had to bring down a cooler and separately a very large suitcase and the young male behind the counter too interested in his phone and what he was watching was no help no offered not looking up from his loud phone.

The room had cockroaches so obviously I don't stay but the hotel.stiil charge me the late cancelation fee but I will discuss that

Booking.com errored on running my card before notifying the hotel of my conformation. I've got to actually write you to get a refund because you are just the middle man. I've arranged to contact them directly and the hotel assured me they will give me a price match and not use Booking's services so GOODBYE BOOKING.COM. 🖐 Overcharged for 4 people in 2 rooms (one king & one with 2 queens ) when I requested one room with 2 queens. Then you were emailing me on CHRISTMAS EVE fo payment when my stay was the day AFTER Christmas. Terrible service but not fro. Quality Suites but from Booking.com. You'll be receiving written correspondence adter I return to my state. Sincerely, Carla J.

"Terrible experience."

The place was so disgusting we didn’t even dare eat the breakfast.

No bed bug protection on beds, one of the beds looked as if someone had their period on the bed and it wasn’t replaced, paid for a non smoking room and was given one that had been smoked in, born holes in sheets and pillows and a dirty comforter. Coffee was also splattered on the wall in the first room we were in. No hot water for guests at one point, and overall my husband was so mad I booked this I was so down because the reviews we not terrible. There’s also a water leak on the third floor in the roof room 319, the pool has algae growing around it and mold on ceiling of pool area and around pool.

Location was close to family.

Check in was quick unfortunately, the guy was rude, didn't seem to care to be there. Cracks and water damage throughout the entire hotel. Cockroaches everywhere you looked. Hot water did not work at all had to take cold showers. Checked out early due to some guy that kept staring at and following my teenage daughters around wetting himself. Informed staff, they didn't seem to care at all. So I checked out and left. I called the hotel after I left and was informed being I used a third party service to book my room.They could not allow me to check out early.That I had to keep my scheduled dates and times. Will not be back.
