"Needs to be updated!"

I would not return to this hotel, the photos are misleading. Needs to be updated especially for the price per night. I called ahead to check if we could arrive early i was told between 2:30pm and 3pm is fine( check in time was 3pm) We got there at 2:30pm and was told we could not check in until 3pm. It was very annoying because i had just spoke with her on the phone. The room is way over priced. I dont believe fresh linens were put on our bed before arrival so we didnt sleep well at all. We tried to stay out as much as we could. Definitely not returning.

The picture of the property was a little deceptive and the parking lot is horrible. The air/heat unit doesn’t stay on as you would expect it to. It needs a little updating. It’s good if you just need to lay down for a few hours for the money. This want be my property of choice when I return to the city.

"Couldn’t stay the night. "

We did not stay the night. There was a lot of noise and partying in the parking lot and we did not feel safe. They did offer us another room but there was no point it was just too many people. So unfortunately we paid for a room we were not able to stay in so just be cautious.

"Strange layout"

It was strange to have a Quality Inn and Comfort Inn at the same property. Also strange to have three separate buildings. It was disappointing that the building we were assigned to did not have an elevator to reach our second floor room.
