"Awesome Staff and Great Historic Hotel."

My husband & I were in ATL for a work conference & couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised by the stellar customer service The Georgian Terrace showed us! Edgar’s P&P was also a bonus with great food, drinks, & a cool atmosphere. We will definitely book with GT again when staying in ATL!

"If it weren’t for the damn elevator issue…"

Our suite was fine, dated, but everything was working. Overall the hotel is very clean, the staff is on- point, no complaints there. The big problem was having only one elevator working. We were hosting our daughter’s wedding at the hotel for 170 guests. Our group occupied a good amount of rooms, and there was also a large realtor gathering going on. The place was busy! One very slow elevator for 18 floors made everyone’s experience frustrating. I heard complaints the entire weekend. My husband and I ended up taking the stairs way too many times, as did our guests. Apparently this is not an unusual occurrence, as an elevator was broken two weeks early when I was there. Maybe if we were there for a one night stay we wouldn’t have been so annoyed, but some of our guests were there 4 nights! I was told the parts were on the way.
