Comfort Inn Pine Grove I-81 Hershey Area

Rooms air conditioner was iffy. Carpet was stained and coming up

looks like the property had some major water damage in the past, but the renovations to fix the damage were well applied. only down side to this was that the property was damp and dank, the rooms could use dehumidifiers. the staff was kind and helpful. over all this was the best hotel for the price point I would stay here again if the price state the same.

The front desk person was never around. He has a permanent hand-written note that he will be back in 5 minutes. The room did not have any soap or shampoo. Maybe housekeeping never worked in the room. Although the room was booked for a family of 4, there were only 3 towels.

Easy highway access

The individuals drinking and other activities noted in the parking lot. The potholes in said parking lot. The missing headboard in the room (with pointed screws) coming out right above our heads while sleeping. The limited breakfast options with the most foul coffee I have ever tasted. Fingerprints all over the windows. However, bathroom very clean.

When we arrived the employee gave out a big sigh like he didn’t want to wait on us. The housekeeper kept nagging to him about something and not talk nice to him. The bathroom had mold and hot water wasn’t really much of when showering even when all the way turned. We found a sock from the last person on the floor near the bed. The fridge wasn’t cold enough to keep things in. We checked out the pool are water little cloudy. Nice space could definitely use and upgrade. Breakfast was ok but again the housekeeper nagging on the desk person. To have your guest her how she speaks to you was not a great impression and kinda felt bad for the guy.

The breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage. They were delicious!

The front desk clerk was on his phone in the back room.

There was nothing about this property that was positive. It should not be listed as three stars. I would not give them one star.

there are potholes in the parking lot where you pull in to the front door. The shrubs that were previously there are now dead stumps and weeds all around them. There is nothing outside that is appealing. The shower looked dirty, so we did not use the shower. The person in charge of the breakfast was not washing the Tables off, so when we came in, we had to wipe our own table as they were dirty. The food was mediocre. After breakfast, when we went back to our room, there was water pouring down from the ceiling near the sink. We went back down to the front desk and told him what was happening, and no one was in a hurry to check the room. We asked for our money back for the second night and packed our things and left. We met others in the elevator, and they agreed how disgusting this place was.

The value was great The workers were pleasant and helpful The chance to have our dog with us was great! The breakfast was OK The room was great -the room, the refrigerator and microwave, etc.

The shower was not great with lousy water, pressure and an old fixture The remote control on the TV gave us lots of trouble . And there was no place to plug in my phone unless I had a plug-in box, but mine wasn’t working, and there was no place to just plug in the wire like a lot of places have. The office was helpful to let me charge my phone. The garbage piled up outside was very disturbing The bathroom by the pool was disgusting and the seat was ripped off the toilet .

very old hotel need to renovate totaly

Hotel was average not the cleanest but not the dirtiest. Bit of an order and sheet werent a 100% clean. But it was a comfy bed for a Family trip to Hershey Park. Was a bit of a drive.
