GreenTree Inn of Holbrook, AZ

Very friendly counter welcoming. Room was very clean. Love the location. It had a cozy feel about it.

Hôtel plutôt moyen. La personne à la réception était sympathique et souriante. Un peu déçu par la chambre. Odeur désagréable à notre entrée, les murs pas très épais entre les chambres ne permettent pas une bonne isolation phonique (Voisin très bruyant). Ceci dit, la literie était bonne. Le petit déjeuner était moyen également, pas beaucoup de choix. On va dire que pour une nuit cela suffit.

Pool, breakfast and location were good.

Of the three cardio machines in the fitness center, only one was working, the bike, which I don't use. I chose this hotel because it had a gym. When I told the front desk, they responded "I'm sure they're aware and are going to fix it." Not a satisfying answer, and I doubt it's a priority. The gym looked neglected overall. It was difficult to find the light switch when I entered the room.

I liked the clean room, hot shower, and friendly staff.

Bad area! No cell service! The price was such that I expected much more! They should charge half of that at the most. I didn't stay. The area had so many vagrants, drunk and passed out on the sidewalks... And no, it's not the Hispanic families that were respectful, despite struggling in this town. Not a safe area and no cell service if something goes wrong.
