"I might have to look elsewhere for better value."

I like the property due to its close proximity to a lot of amenities in South Lake Tahoe

The pool, spa and gym only open until 8 pm. The hot tub was under maintenance but we are charged full resort fee

"Got there after a long day excited to use the hot tub and it was closed"

Location is walkable to the shops at heavenly village.

Pool/Hot tub was closed which was one of the main reasons we booked it. There was blood on the walls in the bathroom.

Great location, small arcade for kids, escape room for adults, Starbucks located inside, restaurant inside as well. Had a warm pool but unfortunately only worked one of the days we were there.

All the hidden fees, parking etc. Housekeeping is said to be by request, but when I asked for towels, I didn’t receive them. After calling three times I gave up on them. The hot tub was under construction, so I didn’t get to use it. And the pool was only open one out of the three days I was there.
