Location and have stayed there many times over thexyears.

That the pool was closed for renovation and never received a email from Ballys about it. They did wave the 62.00 resort fee when I asked them to.

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

What should be a solid 3 or 4 rating is a 1 star. Paid for an upgraded lakeview room (nice view of the nugget and golf course, website is totally false advertising). Paid also for another person. Hotel refused to connect me with a manager and after completing their internal review and two emails, I have heard nothing. You will not get housekeeping no matter how kindly you ask. Paid for an additional person and we were provided one set of toiletries, three towels, one hand towel and two wash rags for 4 days. We ran out of everything including toilet paper by day two. We saw customers begging the staff for additional towels in the hallway. We had to take our trash to the bins by the elevator; they did not get dumped until the day we left. Stinky and gross (we were not the only ones utilizing trash can.) Also, on checkout day they are more than willing to force you out quickly even though they never showed up the entire say. Parking garage elevators needs serviced asap as they do not want to open or close the doors. Hot tub was closed although not noted anywhere on their website. here are so many places to stay that are walkable to the casinos DO NOT stay here. Due to their lack of management and customer service I will not be staying at any property owned by Bally's. If management wants to do the right thing and contact me look up your info for room 806 March 16-19.
