Weeks stay for business in St. Helier. Good location, within walking distance of all the main offices / areas of St. Helier. Hotel room was acceptable, but could provide a little more space (drawers) for storing clothes. Breakfast was good.

Our first visit to Jersey, and also a Best Western hotel and we weren’t disappointed, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was excellent, ( especially the breakfast ) will certainly be paying another visit.

Very nice room with balcony, loungers etc. Stairs and corridors bit dated. good TV and tea things. My bathroom was interesting - sloping roof, narrow bath with shower over it, basin behind door etc - signs of an old building and renovations. Lounge limited but a pub on site. Never found the sports area. Jersey hotels are always more expensive (£150 a single?) but couldn't a breakfast be included? Easy walk to town/bus station etc Parking outside problematic.

The history of the hotel ( I am sure itcould tell afew stories!!) The attentive staff in the resturant. The very helpful young ladies on frount desk. The really yummy breakfast ! The billiant facilites. The location near town, but far enough out of town centre to be peaceful and enjoyable. Just one veryminor point loatsof stairsto gettoguest rooms- altough there is alift for those less able to copewith stairs and heavy bags! WouldI I stay again? YES I would if I was in Jersey again........ KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK B/W ROYAL, JERSEY!!!!!!!
