Clean and fish were beautiful

The water in the shower you have to wait about 5 minutes before getting hot and the shower head was coming off.

"Overall good staff but front desk/customer service and beds leave a lot to be desired."

I liked the location, ambiance and hotel room.

I did like the front desk - they were horrible, neer answered the phone, understaffed and not trained. I did not like the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable.
