Rooms need refurbishing (showers and bathroom fitted with very old fashioned equipment). Hot water system inefficient and erratic. Rooms located along the I10 are very noisy.

Staff have been great, but…. I am yet to have a night where I am not woken by loud and drunk hotel guests. This is night 4 of 4 and I’m happy that I am leaving tomorrow. The food menu isn’t great. Breakfast is mediocre at best. It is expensive to eat & drink here. There is nothing nearby. You’re on a highway. Classic US hotel chain rooms with drab, outdated decor.

"Pretty outside, not inside"

The hotel was beautiful inside and outside. But once you stepped into the room it was like going back to the 1990s. The AC didn’t work, outlets didn’t work, lighting was bad. Make sure you don’t get a room facing the interior, if that’s possible because the curtains only cover so much so there was multiple spots of bright lights all night. The bathroom was tiny, including the sink. You had to squeeze into the bathroom to close the door. The tv was massive but couldn’t connect to nexflix though the wifi. Would not stay again when using points.

"I was pleased the first time we stayed and this time I really was not"

It was convenient spot for the baseball fields

There was a Band-Aid between the mirror and the wall in the bathroom. The bed was very springy in the pillows were super thin.
