Shortly before we arrived we where informed that both restaurants are closed for public because of a spezial group. That was bad. The Property is old.

The staff waa friendly and the location is center to everything.

One our first night, a pipe burst and water had to be turned off. The restuarant on site was offering a very limited menu, only 1 entree option and this wasn't announced prior. We had to rearrange breakfast and lunch plans. This continue for another day and again no announced or notice made to the guests. They had to limited the kitchen for an event they were hosting. They also stated the pool would be heated, it was not. They are so many great boutique hotels in Palm Springs, we selected this hotel specifically for the amenities and they were disappointing.
