Couldn’t use the pool because they had a private party! Is that ok for a resort?

As soon as we arrived Wasn’t able to use the pool private party The restaurants were not open to eat No room service and no WiFi!

I was put in an area they were doing construction on the rooms wish I would have stayed the margaritaville theme and not changed back

Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Clean room. Allowed for early check in which was extremely kind.

Not enough loungers by the pool, had to go sit at the pool that did not have a bar for food or beverages. One of the pools was closed for an event one day with the other pool’s bar not serving food that day. the breakfast options that I paid additional for were limited to two items one morning, parfait or veggie omelette. Then the breakfast the second day had more options but waited over an hour for the breakfast sandwich which we had to get Togo to get to our scheduled massage. Got a massage and the steam room was closed.

It was clean, and a good location. The day beds and canopies were first come first serve at the pool!

The halls are so long and it was hard to find our room. The bar at the little pool was closed. The drinks weren’t the greatest.

It is in a good location.

There was very limited food and drinks. Only three items day 1 and no food day 2. One pool was open day 2. Managers are unhelpful with issues.

We liked the pool.

I didn't like that i had to wait to almost 5pm to get my room and then they changed my room to another building. I also didn't like the showers the water pressure was weak and the handle to turn it on fell off when adjusting the temperature.
