Estimado equipo del Ponce Hilton Les escribo para expresar nuestra inconformidad con una situación ocurrida durante nuestra reciente estadía. Reservamos y pagamos nuestra habitación para celebrar el quinceañero de nuestra hija. Mi esposa, yo y cuatro menores escogimos su hotel específicamente por las piscinas, ya que eran parte esencial de la celebración familiar que habíamos planificado. Al llegar, nos informan que las piscinas no estaban disponibles. Esta información nunca fue notificada al momento de la reserva ni antes de nuestra llegada por que estarían disponible para el día de nuestra llegada. De haberlo sabido, hubiésemos considerado otras opciones. Hemos sido huéspedes de su hotel en múltiples ocasiones anteriores, por lo que esta experiencia resultó aún más decepcionante para nosotros. Hicimos dos reservaciones adicionales dos habitaciones de invitados de dos familias y dos menores. La falta de disponibilidad de esta facilidad afectó completamente la experiencia que habíamos planificado para una fecha tan importante. Solicitamos una explicación y una compensación razonable por los inconvenientes causados Si hubieran informado con anticipación que las área de piscina principal no iba estar disponible para el 31 de enero que ese era el día de cumpleaños de mi hija lo hubiera cancelado. Necesito una estadía para otro fin semana. Quedamos atentos a su pronta respuesta. Saludos cordiales, Jacqueline Marrero

Beautiful location the staff was amazing. The pool was beautiful but a little cold.

It’s a little outdated and they don’t keep up with maintenance mode on the outside walls and even the fence post were rusted through

"I booked a king room and when arrived to check in they had a 2 full size bed room."

Booked I king size room . And when I arrived to check in they only had a full 2 bed room . I think I should had been told they didn’t have what I wanted available. Other than that the place is great.
