Pools were nice.

Restaurant dinner service was very slow and food was average. I had buffet, most of which was lukewarm and not particularly good. My wife had a pizza which took over 25 minutes to arrive and was undercooked. Most likely a frozen pizza and not freshly made.

The beds were comfortable. Our rooms were large. Staff was responsive.

The food was mediocre for the cost. More indoor seating should have been available for eating. I felt this Hilton was short staffed in the restaurant and bar. This Hilton is an older hotel and is probably paid for. Everything was too expensive for the quality. The birds at breakfast were out of control. The beach advertised in the pictures was just not there. Our family was disappointed. Nothing really for the teens. Disappointing for a Hilton.

Room was great and very clean. Beds were comfy. Balcony was also great with sunbeds and a hammock.

Service is generally extremely poor in this hotel. Breakfast: We had paid for breakfast but upon arrival at the breakfast area we were offered the option of upgrading to higher tier breakfast (were eggs and some more items were available) for an additional 14 dollars approx. For the cost of a room per night (approx. USD 450-500 for the cheapest room), breakfast should be included or at least there should be one tier/category for all. We accepted to upgrade and moved on the breakfast area. The breakfast area is outdoors and there were too many birds flying above our heads and landing on the table trying to grab some of the breakfast. Breakfast area was also dirty and dusty. I would have expected better from a Hilton hotel. Pool: We sat by the pool to have lunch. We spent an hour to find someone to take our order and waited for another hour for someone to bring our order. It seems like the waiters were pointing at another colleague who was in charge of our table but in the end nobody would help us. When we finally received our order (a couple of chicken wraps) we wanted to pay by card but they would only accept cash. CASH....at a Hilton hotel. Also, we wanted to have some iced coffee with our food but turns out iced coffee is only available at the cafeteria which is outside the pool area by the hotel reception.....Service at the cafeteria was the slowest I have ever experienced in my life.
