The best ever sleep and comfort from a stone throw away from the river and city centre.

The stay did not include breakfast and I was shocked to hear that the price seperately bought would be 19euroa each, a total of 38 for us each morning! That is an outrageous price and we had our breakfast out on the town for close to half price. The room had nothing, not even a hotwater boiler and the room temperature at night was too high. We had to go and recharge my boyfriends keykard twice because it did not work. He had not stored close to his phone or any other electric device. Also this was my 10th and 11th night booked via hotels.com but they did not give me a free night but I had to pay them both and wait for the free night to be the 12th. This although i payed for the 10th on arrival. Good things were that the place was clean and in a central place in Turku, close to the river which is a lovely environment.

It was great to have a good place to stay in a fantastic location. The midday checkout means it was also possible to maximize my visit. Great breakfast buffet too, and the indoor pool all at an economical price.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff at the Reception. Very good breakfast. Swimming pool is very small and dark but sauna is good. Stayed in a standard room but good room size. Only the floor could have been cleaner - a shame. Had a lovely time to look around the town using the hotel bicycles - that's why we like staying Cumulus.

Clean and comfortable rooms, a help-yourself breakfast buffet and friendly service. Would recommend.

The hotel location is really good! Easy to be reached from either bus or train station and only 2 blocks from center and from the Aura river! Besides enjoying Turku, it's worth to visit Naantali town (only 20-30 min by bus from Turku) also while you are in Naantali, you must visit Moomin World :)

Good hotel, city centre location

The air conditioning did not work so we asked for a fan,I was told that only the superior rooms had fans but finally managed to get a fan but had to use a toothpick to keep the button down to get it to work,paid for a/c that did not work.Could only get luke warm water out of the shower

Our hotel was at center city. Walked to the castle stopped at boat museum on our way took taxi to the cathedral from there walked along the water stopped at the art museum. Back up on main found Stockman and market hall. Best of all the Finnish gift shop where everything is made in Finland "Ideaestradi". Hotel had everything we needed heated floors in bathroom awesome.
