It was ok, there was a San Valentine's buffet event we should have known before so we can attend. Breakfast was excellent.

Way too many people at breakfast and line was slow. No underground parking.

Cindy was an excellent waitress very accommodating

This is an amazing hotel with great staff all around. The rooms are very clean. We’ve been staying here on and off over the last few months because of the hospital, and the staff here have been like family and treated us like gold. Wasana, Mark and Ishan have been amazing to deal with at front desk. Whether it has been to answer questions, get us something, or to help in any way at all, they are great to deal with! This hotel also has an amazing restaurant. Very good food and great waitresses! Shoutout to Shianne who will make your breakfast memorable and ensure you get the quality of food that you deserve. She always looks right after you in any way she can. Paul is a great morning cook! Breakfasts here are not continental, they are real restaurant food even if you get the buffet. Overall, great experience here with great staff! It won’t disappoint.
