"Little things matter"

Overall a nice retrofitted reno and the Crowne Plaza name. The room is modern and the beds are super comfy. What shocks me is no blackout curtains. I've never seen that. It's a bar with grommet curtains that are very difficult to close. And there is light. The tv remote batteries are in the opens, no cover. Paper cups. The staff are very pleasant and and well trained. Great views if the city's uptown and harbour. Get a room with a view.

Large room for a family of 5. Great amenities with pool. Clean hotel. We also loved that they have healthy energy booster shots as part fo the breakfast buffet. Also easy check in and check out.
