DIRTY AND SMELLED TERRIBLE! I have always had an excellent experience at every Homewood Suites across the US. UNTIL NOW. I am a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed at a lot of Hilton Hotels. We picked this area because it was the half way point in our trip. I stayed in a double suite to fit my family. The carpet was soo filthy that my socks were black on the bottom. The couch was filthy, cushions flat, and smelled way worse than it looked. The beds were flat and very uncomfortable. I called the desk and went to the desk to see if I could change rooms or get sheets and blankets to cover it up, but no one answered and no one was in sight!! I had to use the pillows and sheets from the beds to cover it up. The cupboards had no silverware, only a large spoon and a large knife. I thought housekeeping had maybe put it in the dishwasher. When I tried to open the door, the entire dishwasher came out of the wall. When I brought my concerns to the lady at the front desk this morning, she said they were recently bought out and will be renovating soon. She offered to see what she could do to compensate me, but did not follow up, and there was no such compensation. I have NEVER asked to be compensated for any stay, but she offered and it was well deserved. I am just upset that I didn’t check the bed/couch for bed bugs. I was too exhausted last night and didn’t even think of it until now!! It would not let me upload my photos on this review.

Great 5 night stay! Booked a 2 room suite with 1 king bed and 2 doubles, living area and kitchen. Very spacious. The pool was great and staff was very welcoming. The only thing I was not happy with was the breakfast. Lady that was tending to the breakfast area was rude, seem obviously bothered that people were serving themselves and though breakfast was supposed to end at 930 she was picking up everything around 905 (happened all the days that we were there).

The hotel is in need of TLC, dated and no smart TV’s with Hilton programming so we couldn’t watch Netflix. However, the staff is one of the friendliest one could ask for! McKayla, Matthew, Kim, and the Housekeeping Manager/ Supervisor from Wyoming and the gentleman working breakfast who doubles as a houseman - All SO NICE AND WARM! For a quick stop-over, I say yes!

Hotel was slightly dated and the property was a bit dirty. But the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean, we really liked the 2 rooms, the fridge, dishwasher, and 2 burners where a great addition. The pool was small, but nice and clean. The pool towels are really nice and conveniently located. The staff was friendly, check in was easy and quick. They only do house keeping every other day unless asked, it was easy to get more towels at the front desk. Breakfast was ok, it is free. The mattress was super lumpy and uncomfortable.

It was awesome experience.
